The Role & Responsibilities

The Patient Educators will help with patient compliance, education, and monitoring. 

  • Mainly focused on hypertension, weight scales, and cardiology 
  • Communicate with RhythmScience clinical team and providers regarding device monitoring, compliance and education
  • Communicate with patients for compliance, monitoring, and education
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Protected Health Information (PHI) standards/protocol
  • Support and contribute to RhythmScience’s patient-centered care philosophy: Every teammate is a caregiver whose role is to meet the needs of the patient.

Requirements

  • Experience in Cardiology is a plus 
  • Must have licenses Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), LVN or CMA

Cardiac Device Specialist

The Role & Responsibilities

ARhythmScience Cardiac Device Specialist remotely monitors patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs)utilizing RhythmScience’s proprietary software. A Cardiac Device Specialist utilizes knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology and biomedical engineering concepts to assess thetechnical function of the patient’s CIED, analyze and interpret device and patient diagnostics, and perform accurateclinical documentation as determined by RhythmScience’s best practice standards.

  • Integrate a knowledge base from physiology, pathophysiology, and cardiacdevice function to perform competent evaluations, diagnostic review,and overall analysisthrough remote monitoring
  • Recognize abnormal functions of pacemakers, defibrillators, ILRs and CRT devices and recommend strategies to address and correct issues
  • Communicate with RhythmScience clinical team and providers regarding CIED function anddiagnostic data through accurate, professional, and standardized documentation
  • Communicate with patientsfor education of device functionand monitor
  • Complete scheduling protocolsfor remote monitoring per best practiceand RhythmScience guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or associate degree required
  • Experience in relatedfield—nursing, medicine, electronics or engineering
  • Successful completion of a cardiacdevice rhythm management course or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two yearsof recent cardiacdevice management experience
  • Experience with interrogating and interpreting devicediagnostics for all 4 majormanufacturers (Medtronic, Abbott/St. Jude, Boston Scientific, Biotronik)
  • Cardiac rhythm management industry training and experience preferred

Account Executive

The Role & Responsibilities

RhythmScience is looking to expand our team of outside sales professionals with someone who is highly motivated by the pursuit of excellence. As an Account Executive, you are responsible for building relationships with providers (cardiologists and electrophysiologists), leveraging existing accounts, and prospecting to increase account revenue growth. You will play a critical role in the success of RhythmScience's relationships with future clients.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve/exceed goals with quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Gain new leads and expand business opportunities through prospecting, including but not limited to: identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, providers, and their administrative staff; represent RhythmScience at industry conferences, gain sales leads, and pursue opportunities to promote product
  • Plan and execute product demonstrations, sales presentations, and proposals with potential clients
  • Close virtual and physical sales by understanding their needs, handling objections, and gaining commitment
  • Deliver training sessions to educate and ensure the product is used properly by clients
  • After detailed product and marketing training, maintain a high level of product and marketplace expertise
  • Help provide insights with senior executives to perfect the long-term corporate strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in enterprise healthcare-related sales (virtual and/or in-person) selling digital health or EHR products at enterprise scale
  • High-level energy with insatiable drive, proactive initiative, and persevering commitment
  • Excellent interpersonal, sales, and presentation skills and professionalism; especially to communicate and educate medical, administrative, and technical support personnel
  • Strong Knowledge and Relationships in Cardiology
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities within sales planning, organization, and execution
  • Track record of success in a previous role with a high level of sales performance in a highly technical and competitive environment
  • Computer proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Must have the willingness to travel throughout the territory with occasional overnight stays depending on geography and business needs
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy (your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application)

Patient Support Call Center Agent

The Role & Responsibilities

The Patient Support Call Center Agent will help with patient support, compliance, education, and monitoring. All patient support is done via our call center.

  • Call patients for home monitoring support, disconnected monitors, and non-compliant patients.
  • Handle calls for patients (troubleshooting matters, ordering monitors, patient education, among others)
  • Communicate with patients for compliance, monitoring, and education
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Protected Health Information (PHI) standards/protocol.
  • Support and contribute to RhythmScience’s patient-centered care philosophy: Every teammate is a caregiver whose role is to meet the needs of the patient.
  • Work on the admin tasks needed in R360 clinics. Work to include but not limited to: demographics entry, communicating reminders and following up with patients, editing and communicating information clearly and correctly within the R360 clinic portal.
